PRE- OR POST-CONFERENCE VIRTUAL OPTIONS
Preparing for a conference can be a daunting task, especially for those who are new to this kind of event. We will host a number of pre-conference webinars with seasoned professionals, helping you with challenges like how to set up meetings prior to the conference, how to start long-lasting friendships at the conference or how to foster the relationships that you made in Indianapolis after the conference. With MAX being a new conference, we will also have an informational session prior to the event to help you navigate the halls once you’re there.
Networking & Business Meetings
MAX will have three days of Exhibit Hall hours.
Networking Receptions will be an integral part of MAX. In addition to the traditional Opening Reception, we will offer daily Coffee Talks as well as a Closing Party. At MAX, the Networking Receptions are planned to be two hours long, giving you plenty of time to catch up with old friends and meet new people.
There are a variety of great restaurants within walking distance from the Hyatt Regency and Dine Arounds are an excellent opportunity to connect with people over group dinners and expand your network!
AGENT/PRESENTER MEETING SPACES
The Hyatt Regency offers a multitude of flex spaces for meetings outside of the scheduled activities, including a Cocktail Lounge and other seated Networking Spaces spread over two floors.
MAX will give all agents and artists a chance to have all eyes on them! On a sign-up basis, everyone will have the opportunity to present a 3-minute pitch to presenters. Presenters will be divided into different rooms depending on their capacity, ensuring that pitches are appropriate for their venue size.
