The Hyatt Regency Indianapolis is the location of the majority of professional development and showcasing activities along with the opening party.

No deposit is collected upon booking, but cancellations must be received at least 48 hours in advance of the day of arrival, or charges will apply.
Additional Hotels: We have also secured additional rooms at a special rate at both the Hyatt House Indianapolis – Downtown and the Hyatt Place Indianapolis – Downtown for $149/night + taxes ($174.33 inclusive) for conference attendees. These hotels are located a short three-block walk from the Indiana Convention Center and the Hyatt Regency.
