Get Involved
with MAX

Want to be a part of Midwest Arts XPO? Not sure how to get involved? We’ve highlighted some great examples of how you can support MAX. Don’t be shy!

VOLUNTEER AT MAX

Share your time and talent at MAX!

Available volunteer positions include checking badges at the exhibit hall and various events, working the registration and information desks, helping with directions and hospitality, assisting at professional development sessions, and stuffing conference bags before the conference begins.

Shifts will be 2-3 hours, and we will work around your schedule!

Are you a college student looking to attend MAX? If you volunteer 10 hours, you can attend the conference for free!

BECOME AN ARTS ANGEL

We hope you will consider becoming an Arts Angel and help facilitate arts programming that enriches thousands of communities. There is no membership fee to belong to Heartland Performing Arts or attend the Midwest Arts XPO, and your donation plays a vital role in maintaining affordable registration fees for attendees so the conference remains accessible for all to attend.

Spotlight yourself, or your company as an Arts Angel!  Your donation can be in any amount, and no gift is too small. Donations are on an annual basis January 1 to December 31.

Your gift is tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.

MAX 2025 COMMITTEES

The Midwest Arts XPO would not be possible without the help of the following people volunteering their time to organize the 2025 conference! If you are interested in being a volunteer committee member, please contact us at [email protected].
